This 38 year old woman (5'2 and 110 lbs) desired a revision of her breast lift and breast augmentation. She had 5 previous breast surgeries from other surgeons in the past. She did not like the double bubble deformity of her left breast and she wanted tighter skin and smaller implant. The lollipop mastopexy was used as well as a 175 cc silicone gel breast implant under the muscle, replacing her 250cc implant.
