This 43 year old women is 5'3 and 114 pounds. She had several children and weight loss. She desired lifted and fuller breasts. Although she was a candidate for a breast lift, she opted for silicone breast augmentation alone with 415cc on the left and 385 cc on the right. Her implants are under the breast gland.
