This 43 year old woman (5'8 and 216 lbs.) weighed 330 pounds and had a gastric sleeve and lost 112 pounds. She had a tummy tuck with liposuction of her flanks to reveal her new body hiding under the skin. She is only a few months after surgery and her scars will soften and fade with time. The scar near the top right of her abdomen is from a previous surgery.
